It's time to confess Jeff. You have been a friend for over 20 years. Thank God you degreed in bio chemistry and followed your interests by becoming a certified Master Herbalist with a passion to help your immediate family, friends and community avoid bad health. I am sure you remember when I was diagnosed by western medicine to have an advanced case of crippling Osteo Arthritis 14 years ago. Traditional western medicine prescriptions of Ibuprofen and anti-inflammatory were prescribed. Three years later bleeding ulcers, kidney and liver break down forced me to discontinue the prescriptions. That's when 24 hour a day severe joint pain and the inability to walk made me choose between traditional hip and knee replacements, fused ankles, a metal rod to support my spinal column or alternative medicine. I chose your selection of herbs and today walk pain free with my own body parts no limitations. You also advised me on a preventative health program that protects me from the herbicides, pesticides, and pollutants. People may ask was that a wise choice. My life insurance company required a traditional physical exam as I had celebrated my 60 birthday. The doctor found that I was in better shape now than 5 years ago. That, I no longer had cholesterol problems, elevated blood pressure and my liver kidney and stomach were healthy again. Needless to say I can't turn the clock back on life but I certainly have improved the quality and expected length of my life by your council. It also allows me to play with my grand children and teach them scuba diving, wind surfing, tennis, and cycling. I was diagnosed with Lymes disease over 3 years ago, however, I know that I had contracted it years before. By the time I was diagnosed my internal systems had begun to shut down and I was really having a rough time. I have a very, very active life-style. I am a professional Martial Arts educator, and a performing musician. I am always ‘on the go’. The Lymes was really slowing me down, to the point that I was paralyzed, first with pain and fever, then with partial paralysis and Bells Palsy. Both of which after the initial treatment of Doxycycline went away. However, I was re-exposed to Lymes the following year, and went another round of prescribed anti-biotic warfare on the system, Doxycycline was the script of choice again. The anti-biotic regimen worked on the Lymes, but left my internal systems in great distress, between the damage from the Lymes and the antibiotics I was in sorry shape and couldn’t fight off a simple cold, or flu bug. In addition, long term exposure with the Lymes has made a real dert int eh way I move through my life. I was suffering with chronic joint pain, particularly in the knees and neck. I had very little energy, and had to pace myself through the day. And, my digestive system was all but shut down and unable to process toxins which were backing up in my body... not pretty.

The following year I was blessed with being re-exposed to Lymes (yep, 3 years in a row, since being diagnosed). I say ‘blessed’ because the Lymes has been a great learning time, and a true opportunity to reinvent my life. When I knew I had been re-infected, I did not want to go back the “doctor” and the antibiotics, I had the good fortune to have been learning from other Lymes folks what joys of medical science awaited me. No thanks. I, instead, was luckily referred to Jeff Sherman and Coast Herbal, who I contacted immediately and sent in my sample. At the time, as I think back, my excitement to a new treatment system was real. I had an intuitive knowing that this was going to be the right thing for me, and that the “doctor” was not. My first test results were surprising, the Lymes was number six on the list of things wrong with me! Not even in the top 5! Why? Because I had been picking up other bacterial goodies that normal immune systems would fight off. .. not me, then. In 1999, I had a complete hysterectomy. Afterwards I began taking traditional hormonal replacement supplements. Though this works for many women, I experienced every negative side effect possible from headaches to joint pain that was chronic and debilitating. I was miserable. I am a professional Firefighter in beautiful Southern California and I love my job as well as the community in which I serve. About three months ago I started to notice that I hated putting my uniform on, not because I wasn’t proud to wear it, it was due to the fact that my uniform couldn’t stretch any further. I wanted to write and thank you sooooo much for recommending that I try the new "weightless" product for weight loss. In only six weeks I have lost 20 lbs! As you know, it's been a struggle for me to lose weight over the last 10 years and believe me I've tried a lot of things. Not only does this product work, but it's comforting to know that it's all naturally organic. For me that's important in terms of balance to mind, body and soul. My eating habits are not that bad to begin with, but the amazing thing is that I have not changed the choices of what I eat at all. One thing that has changed, however, is that by following the directions of eating every bite well (at least 20 times) it has resulted in my eating LESS by getting full quicker. There is a really nasty flu going around here in Austin. My landscapers got it (strapping young guys in their 20's) and it laid them out. One could not even get out of bed nor eat anything and felt absolutely horrible. It comes on hard and fast with immediate drainage from the nose and then launches into aggravated symptoms (mainly sore throat and on into the chest) My wife also got attacked by it and she immediately went on 4 Ultimate Viral Defense tablets per hour. The results were that she felt rough for a couple of days and had some of the symptoms, but nowhere near as bad as others who got it. She was able to put in a full 3 days of hard work and by the 3rd day was rapidly coming out of it. She noticed that if she was not prompt in taking the Ultimate Viral Defense tablets on an hourly basis, that she would start to fall back and worsen. However, once back on it diligently, the symptoms lightened up considerably. Pretty interesting!

To add to this, The bug then tried to attack me (same household, same bug). I took about 10 Ultimate Viral Defense tablets at the first symptoms over the course of the day and by nightfall, the symptoms disappeared. Fantastic!

My take on this is that the product is certainly valid from a user perspective on flu, and really works well.

I have suffered from pain caused by a pinched nerve in my right shoulder for nearly two years. The pain was so intense that I was not able to take my mind off of it for a single moment, nor could I sleep at night. Over the counter pain medication barely took the edge off the pain and I finally began to take muscle relaxers and prescription pain killers. For months I took so much of the pain meds that I was not able to drive and could hardly even function. My neurologist recommended surgery but I was unwilling to go through that until I felt I had completely exhausted all other resources.

I put my right arm in a sling for several months and began to use my left arm for everything. I rubbed every pain lotion I could find into the areas that caused pain. Finally after about four months I was able to go off the prescription pain meds and muscle relaxers and go to over-the-counter pain meds, and finally after another few months I was able to get off all meds.

But the pain was still there. I had to be careful of my arm all the time. I rarely use it for anything. I began using my computer mouse with my left hand because there was too much pain to use the right. I had numbness all the way down my arm into my fingers. I had to buy a special mattress top made of foam to sleep at night because if I slept on my arm it was extremely painful.

I went to a chiropractor regularly but nothing helped with the arm. I tried nerve stimulation treatments as well. Then I had a treatment from Coast Herbal called Neurofeedback and a miracle happened. In less than 10 minutes I began to feel a tingling sensation all over the right side of my body. This continued throughout the rest of the 30 minute treatment. When I was finished I was amazed that the pain was COMPLETELY GONE! 95% of the numbness in my right arm was gone as well! If I press on my shoulder I can feel where it is still a little soar, but the pain I have lived with for nearly two years with absolutely no relief at all is now completely gone!

I live out of state and was scheduled to leave that day but I would not leave until I had at least five of the treatments because I did not want the pain to come back. I plan to come back and for the rest of the 20 treatments that are recommended. After each of the treatments more and more of the numbness went away and I believe with the full treatment that all of the numbness will be gone and the nerves will be repaired.

This was a month ago from the time I am writing this. I am at my computer able to use my right arm without any pain. I am grateful to Jeff Sherman that he has dedicated his life to helping others. I am grateful for many years of friendship and many friends of mine that I have referred to him over the years that he has helped. My profession is that of Occupational Therapy. I have specialized in rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity for most of my career. Because of that work and training I have accepted responsibility for my health and have encourage my clients to do so also. I had been ill for approximately 10 months before I sought help from Jeff Sherman. I had suffered from many immune challenges such as constant flu's and colds for a period of 2 years. In February 2000 I caught the worst throat and chest infection of my life at the same time as a urinary and bladder infection. I went on antibiotics for the urinary tract infection and fought of the cold the natural way. After a few weeks I thought I was better. Unfortunately though for a period of 5 weeks I continued to break out in a fever about once a week, until I had a fever that lasted 1 1/2 months. I was extremely ill and not able to eat. I lost 17 pounds and felt more dreadful than I ever had. It is with great pleasure that I write this letter to you, my daughter’s rash has cleared up! You cannot imagine how happy my wife and I are with this.
