Treating Chronic Headaches

Let me suggest several options to help people who suffer from headaches as I did. There are many forms of headaches as well as many different causes.

Neck tension is also another major source of pain. This is often caused by a magnesium deficiency, although chiropractic adjustments are always highly recommended.

If allergies are involved, you must look at eliminating certain foods from your diet. Milk is generally at the top of the list, giving up all dairy is important plus it often will offer a large variety of other health benefits. For sinus type headaches, this is usually a must to remove from your diet. Also, nutrasweet is a neurotoxin, as is MSG. Both should be eliminated completely from everyone’s diet, they can cause headaches as well as other neurological problems.

Hormonal changes can also trigger headaches in many women. If your headaches are cyclical, helping to naturally balance your hormones may offer relief. There is also an emotional aspect to all forms of pain, headaches are no exception. Dealing with the emotions may often result in significant relief.
