My daughter and I traveled to India Dec 08 - Jan 09 for health treatments. We took Ultimate Defense everyday and didn't get the "Delhi belly" that the doctors said we would. My oldest daughter traveled to Australia for 4 months and 2 months in the jungles of Indonesia Feb 09 - Aug 09. She took 1 capsule daily while in Australia and 2 daily while in Indonesia. She traveled with 8 other people and all of them got intestinal sickness while in Indonesia, but not her. We are so grateful for this wonderful product and are placing our order to keep in our cupboard for the upcoming flu season. Thank you!
